If you cancel before work begins, we will issue a full refund minus any non-recoverable transaction fees. After work has started, refunds are generally not available. If a well-documented, reasonable cause is presented (e.g., duplicate order, obvious scope error), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund of up to 50%.

6) Delivery of Digital/Custom Work
Final deliverables for custom work are provided as described in the order scope. Once delivered, refunds are not provided except as outlined in Section 5.

7) Physical Goods, Shipping, and Risk
Ready-made items are shipped as described on the product page. Risk of loss passes to the carrier at dispatch; please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for damage and claims procedures.

8) Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, one minor revision within the original scope is included. Requests that change the original scope are quoted separately.

9) Chargebacks and Disputes
