• Scope
    This policy applies to all custom spiritual art, crystal/energy work, and all commissioned service offerings provided by SoulxArchive. Products that are not commissioned services, such as posters or postcards, are governed by a separate policy.
  • Project Start and No-Refund Rule
    Once payment is confirmed, we will notify you of the project start date by email. If you request a refund before work begins, we will issue a 100% refund minus any non-recoverable transaction fees. However, after the project start date, refunds are not available because the work involves time, energy, and custom creative effort.
  • Cancellations Before Work Starts
    If you cancel before we begin, we will issue a full refund minus any non-recoverable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
  • Cancellations After Work Has Started
    If you request a cancellation after work has begun, refunds are generally not available. However, at our discretion, we may issue a partial refund up to 50% when there is a clear and reasonable cause (e.g., duplicate order, obvious error in scope confirmation), taking the time/energy already invested into account.
  • After Delivery (Completed Work)
    Once the final deliverable is sent, refunds are not provided. If a reasonable, well-documented issue is raised within 7 days (e.g., material deviation from the agreed scope), we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
    • A revision within the original scope, or
    • A partial refund up to 50% if a revision is not feasible.
  • Evidence and Review
    To request a refund or remedy, email support with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting materials. We’ll review and respond within 5 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    • Work already performed (time/energy/art/translation/research)
    • Personalized/commissioned deliverables
    • Downloaded or accessed digital files
    • Third-party costs we’ve incurred on your behalf (e.g., transaction fees, specific materials)
  • Processing of Approved Refunds
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
  • Force Majeure
    If we must cancel due to illness or events beyond our control, we will refund any unperformed portion in full.
  • Governing Language
    This policy may be displayed in multiple languages for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
