When I Immersed Myself in Visualizing Spiritual Energy
It was 2011, not long after I had begun practicing Hwero meditation. Those were the days when I found myself endlessly drawing “energy-amplifying Hwero”—blue pen circles on paper that seemed to flow from some deeper source.
I would sit for hours, surrendering completely to whatever movement wanted to emerge through me. Some days I spent two hours in this practice; others stretched to fifteen. Drawing these patterns was the only way I could find my way out of the darkness that had engulfed me then.
Mystical Experiences Through Hwero Meditation
The practice opened doorways to countless mystical experiences—too personal and varied to describe in detail here, since such encounters aren’t universal requirements for everyone’s journey. If I had to capture their essence, I’d say they felt like riding an impossible roller coaster, shooting toward the heavens one moment, then plummeting endlessly toward earth the next.
As these experiences deepened and the energy-amplifying Hwero continued, something shifted. The automatic movement of my hand—which had been following the flow of spiritual energy—suddenly wanted to change direction. Instead of circles, I felt it pulling toward something entirely different. The sensation left me bewildered.
The Birth of New Sacred Geometric Patterns
Before committing this new movement to paper, I tested it repeatedly, making sure I understood what was being asked of me. The intention was unmistakably clear: straight lines, not circles. Finally, I surrendered to this impulse. My hand drew lines that became squares, then diamonds, all encompassed by a final, enclosing circle.
These geometric patterns emerging without any conscious intent on my part felt miraculous at the time. Not knowing what they meant, I worried something might be wrong. Yet the patterns kept coming—one sheet after another. I entrusted everything to the automatic movement of my hand as it followed the flow of spiritual energy. Each drawing became a form of prayer made visible.
The Ancient Symbol That Already Existed
Only later did I discover what I had been creating. In the world of Hwero, these patterns are known as “Cosmic principles” or “World-organizing seats.” In certain Buddhist lineages, they’re called “Five Wisdom Totality diagrams” or “Golden Wheel diagrams.” Similar motifs appear in sacred architecture across various religious traditions.
Simply put, these are complete blueprints of Cosmic principles, and through Hwero practice, they were recalibrating the distorted patterns in my own energy design. The process proved powerful, direct, and swift—which explains why I continued Hwero meditation for over a decade.
