The ShinsungHwa of Jesus Christ Through Nine Sacred Colors (2019)

” I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. “
_Revelation 22:13
A Brief Guide to ShinsungHwa: Jesus Christ Painted in Nine Sacred Colors
My first ShinsungHwa of Jesus Christ was created in 2014 using just two colors. By 2019, I had evolved to working with nine colors, and I was curious to see how this expanded palette would transform the artwork. It took considerable time to master this new nine-color approach and feel confident in the technique. When I finally sensed the moment was right in 2019, I began this particular ShinsungHwa. After six intensive hours of work, I was thrilled to unveil this new rendering of Jesus Christ.
The energy flow that comes through while creating these works defies description, yet it carries a distinct quality and resonance. The overall form that emerged—what you see here—appears to represent the spiritual completion of divine light (reminiscent of a mandorla’s form and scope) and symbolizes absolute perfection. This remains an area for further exploration as I continue developing more ShinsungHwa works.
At the base of the image, beneath Jesus’s feet, lies a semicircular energy field radiating purple energy downward. This downward direction represents our earthly realm—the tangible, physical world we inhabit. The energy patterns flowing from the uppermost spiritual dimensions, combined with the energy forms positioned at the feet, symbolize the divine calling that Jesus fulfilled during his time on earth. As these ineffable impressions find clearer expression in words, I plan to document them further.
